Refund & Return Policy
Digital Products — No Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered and/or downloaded. We do not offer returns or exchanges on digital items.
Eligibility for a Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- The product was not delivered to your email within 24 hours of purchase
- The product is significantly different from its description
To request a refund, please contact us at office@loxsell.com within 14 days of your purchase date, providing your order number and a description of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds if:
- You have already downloaded the product
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You purchased the wrong item by mistake
- The issue is caused by software incompatibility on your device
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
